Listening intently without interruption not only shows respect but also allows us to gain insight into our partners’ perspectives & understand their points of view better; active listening involves repeating back what we heard from them before responding thoughtfully rather than jumping straight into offering advice/judgment- this practice builds trust while allowing both parties involved express themselves freely without feeling judged at the exact moment!
